1) About PerfectCountdown

PerfectCountdown provides a free, browser-based countdown timer, optional embeddable view, and informational articles. No login is required.

2) Using the Service

You may use the site for personal or business purposes as long as you comply with these Terms and applicable law.
Do not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, overload, or reverse-engineer client code beyond what is allowed by law).
Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. If you embed the timer on your site, you are responsible for your own page’s content and compliance.
We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

3) Content & Links

Your content: Titles, notes, and any text you add around the timer (on your pages) are your responsibility.
Third-party links: Articles may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Attribution link in embeds: The minimal embed view includes a small “Create your own” link back to PerfectCountdown to help users discover the tool.

4) Privacy & Cookies

See our Privacy Policy for details. We use Google AdSense for advertising; third-party vendors (including Google) may use cookies to serve and measure ads. Users in EEA/UK/CH can choose consent when the banner appears.

5) Intellectual Property

Site content (layout, styles, copy) is owned by PerfectCountdown unless stated otherwise.
You retain rights to your own logos/images/text used on pages where you embed the timer.

6) No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy. Countdown accuracy depends on your device time and browser behavior.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfectCountdown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

8) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (EU), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
